Among EGP-UPBS alumni worldwide, over 500 alumni are graduates of the EGP full-time MBA programme and about 30 or more The Magellan MBA graduates join the group each year.

Alumni remain actively connected to the programme and the School, in official roles as the members of the School's Board, officers  or board members at 21 companies that are the School's stakeholders, and in unofficial roles as supporters of various programmes and events offered to the students and alumni. It is a powerful network of professionals who continuously add to the school's prestige and recognition.

The alumni are associated in UPBS Alumni Association, an organisation managed by the alumni and supported by EGP-UPBS. The Alumni Association is responsible for the organisation of the EGP-UPBS Day-a conference open to all the alumni.   Several other activities are organised by the association, and some of them in a strong partnership with the school.

Several alumni also donate their time and share expertise as mentors to the MBA graduates in the Mentoring programme that was created to foster a special connection between senior alumni and recent graduates.  The programme is 100% voluntary, presently in its 5th year, and has grown significantly since its first edition. Over 50 mentors  advice 80 mentees. The programme is managed by the Career Services in partnership with the Alumni Association.
